This easement is for the Hickory Way Apartments development. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, The Hickory Way Apartments Condominium Association, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, is the association of co-owners designated to administer property commonly known as the Hickory Way Apartments, by virtue of the Master Deed recorded in Liber 5304, Page 461 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Hickory Way Apartments Condominium Association has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances, described on the attached drawing;
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement; and
RESOLVED, That the City Administrator is authorized to execute a consent and joinder and other documents necessary for this transaction.
