The Resolution appoints a new Emergency Management Coordinator and establishes a new line of succession for the Emergency Management Coordinator. Sydney Parmenter is appointed to serve as the Emergency Management Coordinator and in Sydney Parmenter’s absence or unavailability, in order of precedence, the following line of succession will apply to assume the duties of the Coordinator on an interim basis: Assistant Fire Chief Andrew Box (FD), then Lieutenant Michael Dortch (PD).
