Resolution to Adopt City Council Rules Following the 2020 General Election
Memorandum
City Council Rule 1 requires that City Council review and adopt the Council Rules annually following each general election. There are no changes from the previously adopted Rules.

Whereas, This resolution approving the City Council Rules is to fulfill the requirements of City Council Rule 1 and does not impair the ability of City Council to make changes to Rules at any time; and
Whereas, The Council Administration Committee has begun a process to consider changes to the Rules in 2021 and has been made aware of the requirement to adopt these Rules pending further possible changes;
RESOLVED, That City Council hereby adopts the attached City Council Rules.
