Whereas, Chapter 42 of City Code provides that City Council nominates and approves members of the Greenbelt Advisory Commission; and

Whereas, one position on the Greenbelt Advisory Commission is reserved for a real estate professional representative;

RESOLVED, That City Council makes the following appointment:
