Resolution the Remove Floria Tsui from the Housing and Human Services Advisory Board and Appoint Ella Hall (7 Votes Required)

Memorandum

Floria Tsui is currently appointed to the HHSAB as the youth representative through May 31, 2021, however she has graduated and not attended since November, 2018. This resolution removes Floria Tsui and appoints Ella Hall as the youth representative to the HHSAB.

Body

Whereas, Floria Tsui was appointed as the youth representative to the Housing and Human Services Advisory Board through May 31, 2021;

Whereas, Floria Tsui has graduated and not attended an HHSAB meeting since November, 2018; and

Whereas, City Code 1:171(3) provides that the appointing authority may remove any member of a board or commission for cause;

RESOLVED, That Floria Tsui is hereby removed from the HHSAB due to non-attendance since November, 2018; and

RESOLVED, That City Council hereby confirms the following replacement appointment:

Housing and Human Services Advisory Board

Ella Hall - Partial Term
