On Friday, May 22, 2020, Mayor Taylor delivered to Deputy City Clerk Steve Gerhart a written disapproval (veto-in-part) of Council Action R-20-177, Resolution Regarding FY21 Budget and Financial Recovery Plan. R-20-177 was approved by City Council on Monday, May 18, 2020 and presented to Mayor Taylor as part of the Council record on May 20, 2020, pursuant to City Charter, Section 4.5.
The Mayor’s written disapproval is attached to this file and is hereby reported to City Council at the Regular Session of June 1, 2020 in accordance with City Charter, Section 4.5.
