Resolution to Approve a Purchase Order for Annual Maintenance and Support of TRAKiT System to Superion, LLC, a CentralSquare Company for FY2020 ($52,042.66)
Memorandum
Attached for your review and consideration is a resolution to approve a purchase order in the amount of $52,042.66 to Superion, LLC, a CentralSquare Company ("Superion") for the renewal of TRAKiT Software annual maintenance and support for FY2020.

TRAKiT allows city personnel to utilize a fully integrated and automated system for the entire land development process from initial concept through post occupancy compliance. TRAKiT features a variety of workflow processes that assist in tracking applications for permits for projects and individual permits, reviews by the various Service Units (Engineering, System Planning, etc.) and related approval processes. TRAKiT Software also keeps a transaction history for all procedures that happen within any of the Building and Development permitting processes, providing an audit trail.

In June of 2019, City Council approved resolution 19-0984 with Tyler Technologies to purchase the Energov application as a replacement for the City's current TRAKiT permitting and land management application. This support contract is necessary to bridge the gap until the Energov implementation has been completed. It is imperative to maintain this maintenance and support agreement with Superion in order to receive periodic product updates and maintain technical support for the software.

Budget and Fiscal Impact: This expenditure is planned and budgeted in the approved FY2020 Information Technology Services Unit budget. There are no additional funds being requested.

Superion complies with the requirements of the City's Non-discrimination and Living Wage Ordinances.
