Resolution to Approve an Amendment to the Council Rules Re: Special Meetings of Council Committees
Memorandum
The current Council Rules do not provide an express process for Council Committees to call special meetings. This amendment adds Rule 21, which provides that special meetings of Council Committees may be called by written request of the Chair or three members of the committee.
