Resolution to Appoint a Member to the Center of the City Task Force Filling a Vacancy (8 Votes Required)

Whereas, City Council established the Center of the City Task Force by Resolution No. R-19-135;
Whereas, The resolution establishing the Center of the City Task Force determined nine members of the Task Force will be appointed by City Council, and have been; and
Whereas, One of the nine members has resigned from service for personal reasons creating a vacancy; and
Whereas, The Task Force meets weekly and therefore it is necessary to make a timely appointment to fill the vacancy; and
Whereas, Alternate members were selected during the initial appointment process;
RESOLVED, That the City Council makes the following appointment to the Center of the City Task Force, filling the vacancy effective immediately:
