Attached is a request from Mammoth Distilling LLC, for a new Off-Premises Tasting Room Wine and Spirits Liquor License - Small Wine Maker and Small Distiller Licenses, with Sunday Sales (PM), and Entertainment Permit, located at 211 E. Ann Street. The request would allow the applicant to provide samples and/or sell by the glass wine or spirit products that have been manufactured at their licensed winery and distiller at 211 E. Ann Street.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer, Fire Services and the Council Liquor License Review Committee approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
