Memorandum
Attached is a resolution requesting approval of the above site plan for the construction of a 245-space surface park and ride lot located between US-23 and the southbound entrance ramp on Plymouth Road.  A sidewalk will be constructed along Plymouth Road, which will connect to the existing sidewalk to the west.

The City Planning Commission, at its meeting of May 19, 2009, found that the site plan adheres to private development standards, subject to Zoning Board of Appeals approval of necessary variances.  On June 24, 2009, the Zoning Board of Appeals granted a variance to allow a wider drive approach.
