Resolution to Accept a Sidewalk Easement at 151 East Hoover Avenue from Hoover Greene Owner, LLC (8 Votes Required)

Memorandum

This easement is for an existing sidewalk.

 

This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

 

Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Body

Whereas, Hoover Greene Owner, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 151 E. Hoover Avenue, which will become a part of 950 Greene Street; and

 

Whereas, Hoover Greene Owner, LLC, has signed a grant of easement for public sidewalks, described as:

 

Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 18 of Brown and Bachs Addition to the City of Ann Arbor, Michigan, according to the plat thereof recorded in Liber 48 of Deeds, Page 360, Washtenaw County Records; thence South 87 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds West 16.81 feet along the South line of said Lot 18; thence 26.51 feet along the arc of a 17.00 feet radius non-tangential circular curve to the left, through a central angle of 89 degrees 17 minutes 42 seconds, and a chord which bears North 42 degrees 33 minutes 25 seconds East 23.91 feet to the East line of said Lot 18; thence South 02 degrees 06 minutes 55 seconds East 16.90 feet along said East line to the point of beginning.

 

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
