Whereas, Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity Housing Corporation, an Indiana nonprofit corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as 1550 Washtenaw Ave, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104, described at Liber 1774, page 21 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

 

Whereas, Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity Housing Corporation, an Indiana nonprofit corporation, has signed a grant of easement for public right-of-way, described as:

 

Commencing at the South ¼ corner of Section 28, Town 2 South, Range 6 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence North 86 degrees 43 minutes 11 seconds East 271.90 feet along the South line of said Section 28; thence North 03 degrees 22 minutes 32 seconds West 65.76 feet; thence North 86 degrees 37 minutes 28 seconds East 262.40 feet along the northerly right-of-way line of Hill Street (66 feet wide) to the Point of Beginning; thence 32.11 feet along the arc of a non-tangential curve to the left, having a radius of 58.29 feet, a central angle of 31 degrees 34 minutes 06 seconds, and a long chord bearing North 63 degrees 19 minutes 48 seconds East 31.71 feet; thence continuing 73.67 feet along a non-tangential curve to the left, having a radius of 130.60 feet, a central angle of 32 degrees 19 minutes 06 seconds, and a long chord bearing North 24 degrees 40 minutes 49 seconds East 72.69 feet; thence North 00 degrees 09 minutes 38 seconds West 6.09 feet; thence North 04 degrees 22 minutes 51 seconds West 40.00 feet; thence South 43 degrees 43 minutes 44 seconds East 6.30 feet along the southwesterly right-of-way line of Washtenaw Avenue (66 feet wide); thence South 02 degrees 01 minute 45 seconds East 118.00 feet along the East line of Lot 10, J.D. Baldwin’s Plat of Picnic Grove, as recorded in Liber 45 of Deeds, Page 368, Washtenaw County Records; thence South 86 degrees 37 minutes 28 seconds West 64.26 feet along the northerly right-of-way line of Hill Street to the Point of Beginning. Being a part of the Southeast ¼ of Section 28, Town 2 South, Range 6 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, and containing 1692.72 square feet, more or less.

 

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
