Whereas, The Articles of Incorporation of the Ann Arbor Building Authority establish that the Authority shall be governed by a five member board with six-year terms, appointed by the City Council,

Whereas, Staff recommends continuing to appoint staff and the City Administrator to ensure adequate representation of the City’s interests,

RESOLVED, That City Council makes the following appointments to the Ann Arbor Building Authority:

Howard Lazarus-Reappointment

Term: July 1, 2019-June 30, 2025

Tom Crawford-Reappointment

Term: July 1, 2019-June 30, 2025
