Whereas, Avalon Nonprofit Housing Corporation, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as 1110 and 1132 S. Maple Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103, described at Liber 5250, pages 347 and 430 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Avalon Nonprofit Housing Corporation has signed a grant of easement for public right-of-way, described as:
A part of the Northeast ¼ of Section 36, Town 2 South, Range 5 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, described as: Commencing at the East ¼ Corner of said Section 36, thence along the East line of said Section 36 and the Centerline of Maple Road, North 01 degree 41 minutes 46 seconds West 1704.50 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 87 degrees 46 minutes 14 seconds West 60.00 feet; thence North 01 degree 41 minutes 46 seconds West 178.26 feet; thence North 87 degrees 46 minutes 14 seconds East 60.00 feet to the Centerline of Maple Road and the East line of said Section 36; thence along said East line and said Centerline South 01 degrees 41 minutes 46 seconds East 178.26 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.245 acres of land, more or less.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
