Attached for your approval is a resolution authorizing a 2-year contract with RNA Facilities Management for up to $79,443.10 annually in right-of-way mowing and landscaping services.

ITB-4572 was advertised on the City's Website and on the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) website. Six (6) bids were received and publicly opened on March 1, 2019. RNA Facilities Management was the lowest responsible bidder for weekly mowing of traffic islands, bi-weekly mowing at the wastewater treatment plant and other City-owned properties, and on-call landscaping services.

Budget Impact: Funding is available in the annual operations and maintenance budgets of Metro Expansion Fund, Major Streets, Fleet and Facilities, and Waste Water Treatment Plant Operations and Maintenance budgets, and will be available in subsequent annual budgets if approved by Council.

RNA Facilities Management complies with the City's Non-Discrimination and Living Wage ordinances.

This agreement is from April 15, 2019 through April 15, 2021.
