This easement is for the Riverview Drive Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Extension Project.
This easement is in standard form and has been granted in exchange for compensation in the amount of $6,445.13.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Vahan Bagdasarian and Natasha Bagdasarian are the owners of property commonly known as 640 Geddes Ridge Avenue, by virtue of deed recorded in Liber 4987, Page 51 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records;
Whereas, Vahan Bagdasarian and Natasha Bagdasarian have signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances, described as:
An easement, being part of the Southeast ¼ of Section 27, Town 2 South, Range 6 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the South ¼ corner of said Section 27; thence North 89 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds East, 1468.80 feet along the South line of said Section and the centerline of Geddes Avenue; thence along said centerline, the following three (3) courses: North 85 degrees 26 minutes 35 seconds East, 351.67 feet and North 57 degrees 20 minutes 23 seconds East, 193.39 feet and North 40 degrees 46 minutes 10 seconds East, 106.94 feet; thence North 22 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds West, 156.53 feet to a point on the Northeasterly line of “Geddes Avenue River View Heights”, a subdivision of part of the Southeast ¼ of said Section 27, Ann Arbor Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan, as recorded in Liber 6 of Plats, Page 37, Washtenaw County Records; thence North 22 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds West along said Northeasterly line, 338.98 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said Northeasterly line of the subdivision, North 22 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds West, 15.18 feet; thence North 58 degrees 13 minutes 29 seconds East, 110.77 feet to a point on the Westerly limits of an existing variable width utility easement as recorded in Liber 4711, page 951, Washtenaw County Records; thence South 34 degrees 29 minutes 22 seconds East, 15.02 feet; thence South 58 degrees 13 minutes 29 seconds West, 113.,81 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 1685 square feet; and
Whereas, The City will pay the owners $6,445.13 in compensation for the easement.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
