Whereas, Richard A. Stuber and Elsa C. Stuber are the owners of property commonly known as 2940 Bluett Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, described at Liber 5059, page 442 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Richard A. Stuber and Elsa C. Stuber have signed a grant of easement for ingress, egress, and access to maintain sanitary sewers, described as:
20 FOOT WIDE ACCESS EASEMENT
Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 15, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence S01?12'11"E 33.00 feet along the East line of said Section, as monumented; thence S87?57'47"W 122.46 feet along the Southerly right-of-way line of Bluett Drive to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S17?21'47"E 17.71 feet; thence Southerly 64.70 feet along the arc of a 210.00 foot radius circular curve to the right, through a central angle of 17?39'09", having a chord that bears S08?32'12"E 64.44 feet; thence S00?17'22"W 84.49 feet; thence S77?15'53"W 20.53 feet along the Northerly line of a proposed 30 foot wide sanitary sewer easement; thence N00?17'22"E 89.12 feet; thence Northerly 58.54 feet along the arc of a 190.00 foot radius circular curve to the left, through a central angle of 17?39'09", having a chord that bears N08?32'12"W 58.31 feet; thence N17?21'47"W 23.19 feet; thence N87?57'47"E 20.74 feet along the Southerly right-of-way line of Bluett Drive to the Point of Beginning.
