Memorandum
This is an easement for a new water main and storm sewer easement for the Thurston Elementary Modular Units project. A version of this easement was accepted by Council on December 17, 2018, R-18-488. The easement document contained an error in the legal description and is now being sent back to Council for acceptance with the correct legal description.

This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

Acceptance of this easement is recommended.
