This easement is required as part of the site plan for the Packard Square development, now known as The George, which was approved on May 2, 2011, R-11-169.
This easement is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Packard Square LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 2502 Packard Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104, described at Liber 5057, Page 960 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, McKinley, Inc., a Michigan corporation, through its Representative, Matthew Mason, the Court Appointed Receiver for Packard Square LLC in the matter of Can IV Packard Square LLC V. Packard Square LLC, Washtenaw Trial Court, Business Court Division, Michigan (Case No. 16-990-CB), has signed a grant of easement for water main and sanitary sewer, described as:
A 40 FT. WIDE EASEMENT BEING PART OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 4, AND PART OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 9, TOWN 3 SOUTH, RANGE 6 EAST, CITY OF ANN ARBOR, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN, BEING DESCRIBED AS:
