This is an easement for an existing water main located at 1958 S. Industrial Highway. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Colonial Lanes Plaza, L.L.C.is the owner of property commonly known as 1958 S. Industrial Highway, described in deeds recorded in Liber 1654, Page 967 and Liber 3845, page 501 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Colonial Lanes Plaza, L.L.C. has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
Commencing at the NW corner of Section 4, T3S, R6E, Pittsfield Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N 87°57’00” E 312.36 feet; thence along the East line of the Ann Arbor Railroad right-of-way N 23°27’00” W 540.20 feet; thence N 88°01’00” E 493.33 feet; thence along the West line of South Industrial Highway S 01°06’00” E 25.42 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S 88°01’00” W 34.12 feet; thence S 02°17’59” E 90.61 feet; thence S 83°23’37” W 178.33 feet; thence S 13°53’29” W 75.16 feet; thence S 11°55’53” E 31.70 feet; thence S 78°04’07” W 39.77 feet; thence N 78°04’07” E 275.21 feet to a point on the West line of South Industrial Highway and the Point of Ending. Being part of the SW 1/4 of Section 33, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
