This easement is in compliance with the site plan approved for the Balfour Senior Living Project. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Ann Arbor Senior Living Owner, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 2840 South Main Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, described at Liber 5241, page 248 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Ann Arbor Senior Living Owner, LLC has signed a grant of easement for public right-of-way, described as:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 3 of "South Main Acres" Subdivision, recorded in Liber 10 of Plats , Page 3, being a part of Section 5, Town 3 South, Range 6 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N86°40'39"E 619.76 feet along the North Line of Lot 3 of said "South Main Acres" Subdivision and the Southerly Right-Of-Way Line of W. Oakbrook Drive for a PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence continuing N86°40'39"E 27.02 feet; thence S01°16'20"E 380.26 feet along the Westerly Right-Of-Way Line of S. Main Street, and the East Line of said "South Main Acres" Subdivision and the East Line of "South Main Woods" Subdivision, recorded in Liber 10 of Plats, Page 1; thence S85°44'47"W 27.03 feet; thence N01°16'20"W 380.70 feet to the Place of Beginning, containing 0.23 ± acres of land, more or less.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
