Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept an easement for sanitary sewer from 201 DEPOT, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, for the construction and maintenance of public utilities.
The easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, 201 DEPOT, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner in fee simple of property located in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan as described in the Washtenaw County Records at Liber 4490, Pages 936 and 937, recorded July 8, 2005;
Whereas, A Resolution of the Managing Members of 201 DEPOT, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, dated April 21, 2009, authorizes the delivery of a perpetual easement to the City for public road right-of-way along the north side of Depot Street; and
Whereas, 201 DEPOT, LLC, has delivered an easement to the City for public sanitary sewer to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:
Description of a 30’ wide sanitary sewer easement
Commencing at the SE 1/4 corner of Section 20, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N87°53’30”E 328.73 feet along the centerline of Felch Street as shown in Assessor’s Plat No. 22 in the City of Ann Arbor and Recorded in Liber 9 of Plats, Page 6, Washtenaw County Records; thence N89°43’00”E 339.39 feet along the centerline of said Felch Street; thence N19°14’00”E 783.14 feet along the centerline of North Main Street; thence N13°05’30”E 205.76 feet along the centerline of North Main Street; thence N65°37’20”E 41.58 feet to the Southwest corner of Block XI of Ormsby and Page Addition to ...
