Whereas, The Public Schools of the City of Ann Arbor (AAPS) is the owner of property commonly known as the Mitchell Elementary School at 3550 Pittsview Drive; and

 

Whereas, AAPS has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
