Whereas, The Public Schools of the City of Ann Arbor (AAPS) is the owner of property commonly known as Burns Park Elementary School at 1414 Wells Street, described in Liber 221, Page 628 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

 

Whereas, AAPS has signed a grant of easement for water mains, storm sewers and appurtenances, described as:

 

Commencing at the Center of Section 33, T2N, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N87°33'26”E 245.80 feet; thence

N00°47'49”W 134.45 feet; thence S87°46'57”W 43.13 feet; thence N47°13'03”W 21.08 feet; thence S89°16'04”W 163.01 feet; thence N00°43'56”W 31.49 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing N00°43'56”W 1.17 feet thence N89°16'04”E 3.16 feet; thence N00°43'56”W 24.19 feet; thence N45°00'00”E 6.04 feet; thence S01°25'31”E 29.48 feet; thence S88°34'29”W 7.84 feet to the Point of Beginning. 

 

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accept this grant of easement.
