Attached for your consideration is a request from Townies Brewery LLC for a new Micro-Brewer, Small Wine-Maker, Small Distiller Liquor License and Dance/Entertainment Permit to be located at 2350 W. Liberty Street. The applicant plans to run the establishment as a microbrewery, with patio seating, a garden area with food service and live entertainment. They plan to have 2-5 employees and operation hours are set for Monday through Saturday from 12 noon to1 am and Sunday, from 12 pm to 12 am
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
