Memorandum
In 2006, City Council accepted grants of easement for water mains from the Rudolf Steiner School Association of Ann Arbor in R-266-6-06 and R-267-6-06. A new 8" water main has been constructed for an addition to the existing high school. The two existing easement descriptions have been combined with the new water main description. The new easement document is intended to supersede and replace the prior recorded water main easements.

This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

Release of the existing easements and acceptance of the new water main easement are recommended.
