NEW BUSINESS
Horning presented a resolution to approve the issuance of refunding bonds to refinance $3,560,000 of the prior Building Authority Bonds, Series 1998. Also provided was an economic analysis of the benefit of issuing said bonds. Fraser moved to approve. Smith seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
Horning presented a resolution to approve the conveyance of fee simple title in four real properties from the Building Authority to the City. Fraser moved to approve. Smith seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
