Title
Resolution to Approve Amendment Number 1 to Schedule 21 of the Interagency Agreement for Collaborative Technology and Services with the Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority (DDA) for Network Infrastructure Services
Memorandum
Attached is a resolution authorizing the City to amend an Interagency Agreement for Collaborative Technology and Services with the Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority (DDA) to provide networking services (administration, monitoring, and maintenance) to six of the City's parking structures, which the DDA manages. This Agreement replaces and supersedes a previous agreement with the DDA ("Schedule 21") (approved by the City Council in 2015 (File# 15-1054)), where the City agreed to provide networking services to eight of the City's parking garages, which the DDA manages. The new payment schedule (below) reflects a credit for the overage.

The revenue schedule (above) has been planned for and budgeted in the FY16 - FY20 Information Technology Services Fund budget. The proposed resolution authorizes the receipt of three annual payments from the DDA to the City of Ann Arbor in the amount indicated above.

The DDA will be migrating the remaining six parking garage locations to the new City Fiber network and we request the City Administrator be authorized to approve...
