Whereas, 410 First Street, L.L.C., a Michigan limited liability company, is the developer and 410 First Condominium Association, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, is the administrator of property commonly known as 410 First Condominiums, a condominium described in Master Deed recorded in Liber 5125, Page 781, as amended, of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, 410 First Street, L.L.C. and 410 First Condominium Association have signed a grant of easement for solid waste collection over the west 15 feet of the condominium within the 24 foot wide general common element driveway serving the condominium building excluding the Unit 5 balcony area;
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
