Whereas, Grace Bible Church of Ann Arbor, Michigan, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as 1430 S. Maple Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103; and
Whereas, Grace Bible Church of Ann Arbor, Michigan, has signed a grant of easement for public right-of-way, described as:
Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 36, T2S, R5E, Scio Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence along the East line of said section 36 and the centerline of S. Maple Road (66 feet wide) N 01°19'00” W 126.81 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 88°41' W 33.00 feet to the Westerly Right-of-Way line; thence along the Westerly Right-of-Way line N 01°19'00” W 1289.27 feet; thence N 61°13'20" E 37.19 feet to the East line of said section and the centerline of S. Maple Road (66 feet wide); thence along the East line of said section 36 and the centerline of S. Maple Road (66 feet wide) S 01°19’00” E 1306.42 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Being part of the NE 1/4 of Section 36, T2S, R5E, Scio Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan. Containing 0.98 acres of land, more or less.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accept this grant of easement.
