This easement is in standard form and has been granted in exchange for compensation in the amount of $8,283.40 in accordance with federal and state grant requirements for highway projects.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, the 75 Scio Church L.L.C., a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 75 Scio Church Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103, described at Liber 5135, Page 765 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, the County of Washtenaw has signed a grant of easement for sidewalks, paths, or ways for public nonmotorized and pedestrian travel and appurtenances thereto, described as:
Part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, T3S-R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; Described as Commencing at the North 1/4 Corner of Said Section 5, thence N 87°38’30” W, along the North line of said Section 5, 201.85 feet; thence S 6°21’30” W, 33.08 feet to the intersection of the South right of way line of Scio Church Road and the West right of way line of South Main Street, and the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing S 6°21’30” W, along said West right of way line of South Main Street, 9.02 feet; thence N 87°38’30” W, parallel with said North section line, 167.87 feet; thence S 2°21’30” E, 9.30 feet; thence N 87°38’30” W, 96.07 feet; thence N 57°38’33” W, 36.61 feet, to a point on said South right of way line of Scio Church Road; thence S 87°38’30” E, along said right of way line, 296.28 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 0.082 acres of land.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
