Whereas, Zoller Properties LLC is the owner of property commonly known as 3900 Research Park Drive, Ann Arbor, MI, described in Liber 5101, Page 182 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Zoller Properties LLC has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
A portion of Lot 28 of Research Park as recorded in Liber 15 of Plats, pages 56 and 57, Washtenaw County Records, State of Michigan, being more particularly described as: beginning at a point on the westerly right-of-way line of Research Park Drive N05°26’39”W 73.98 feet from the southeast corner of said Lot 28; thence S89°40’19”W 248.32 feet; thence N00°19’41”W 60.97 feet; thence N89°40’19”E 40.00 feet; thence S00°19’41”E 20.97 feet; thence N89°40’19”E 204.06 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of Research Park Drive; thence along a non-tangential curve to the right having a radius of 3397.72 feet, delta angle of 00°40’42”, arc length of 40.23 feet, and a chord of S06°24’40”E 40.23 feet to the point of beginning. Easement contains 0.24 acres (10687 square feet).
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
