Body

Whereas, Concordia University, Inc., a Wisconsin nonprofit corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as Concordia University, described at Liber 1042, Page 135 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

 

Whereas, Concordia University, Inc. has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances, described as:

 

A part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 25, Town 2 South, Range 6 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan described as follows:  Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Section 25; thence along the West line of said Section 25 North 01°26’40” West 1224.99 feet; thence North 87°37’59” East 215.30 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 02°29’27” West 165.21 feet to the South line Lot 27, “Pine Brae Estates” according to the recorded plat thereof as recorded in Liber 31 of Plats, Pages 30-34, Washtenaw County Records; thence along said South line North 59°45’35” East 45.20 feet; thence South 02°29’27” East 186.34 feet to the North line of an existing 15’ wide right-of-way agreement recorded in Liber 1244, Page 247, Washtenaw County Records; thence along said North line South 87°37’59” West 40.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 0.16 acres of land, more or less.

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
