Whereas, Jeffrey J. Brink and Amy C. Brink, Co-Trustees of the Jeffrey J. Brink and Amy C. Brink Family Trust, John P. Bell and Allison A. Bell, husband and wife, Zhaolin Li, Trustee of the Huron Parkway Place Trust, dated April 10, 2017, as amended, and Brian W. Allen Jr. (“Grantors”) are the owners of property situated along a private drive located at 470, 480, 490 and 500 Huron Parkway; and
Whereas, Grantors have signed a grant of easement for solid waste collection over the private drive.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
