Whereas, the Regents of the University of Michigan, a Michigan Constitutional corporation, are the owners of property commonly known as 2375 Hubbard Road; and
Whereas, the Regents of the University of Michigan have signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
Commencing at the W 1/4 corner of Section 22, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence S 88°52'00" E 62.81 feet along the E-W 1/4 line of said Section 22; thence S 02°16’00” E 24.54 feet; thence N 90°00’00” E 202.15 feet; thence 95.39 feet Northeasterly along the arc of circular curve to the left, radius 479.00 feet, central angle 11°24’38”, long chord N 84°17’41” E 95.24 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, thence N 25°20'45" W 156.41 feet; thence N 64°39'15" E 40.00 feet; thence S 25°20’45” E 164.54 feet; thence Southwesterly 40.83 feet along the North line of an existing water main easement recorded in Liber 4855, Page 334, in the arc of a circular curve to the right, radius 479.00 feet, central angle 04°53'02", long chord S 76°08'51" W 40.82 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
