Whereas, 1654 South Maple Road LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the developer of property commonly known as Banyan Court, a condominium described in the Master Deed recorded in Liber 5157, Page 731 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, 1654 South Maple Road LLC has signed a grant of easement for solid waste collection over the property.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
