Resolution to Approve Bylaws of the Ann Arbor Transportation Commission
Memorandum
The Transportation Commission previously approved bylaws on March 15, 2017. The Commission has requested bylaws revisions. The attached proposed, revised bylaws were approved by the Transportation Commission on May 17, 2017. The bylaws have been reviewed by the City Attorney's Office, consistent with Council Resolution R-08-496.

Whereas, The Ann Arbor Transportation Commission approved the proposed bylaws at its May 17, 2017 meeting; and
Whereas, City Council has passed a resolution requiring all proposed bylaws of City boards and commissions to be approved by City Council;
RESOLVED, That City Council approves the attached bylaws of the Ann Arbor Transportation Commission.
