Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept an easement for public utilities from Anne R. Laurance, Trustee of The Anne R. Laurance Trust Agreement, dated May 31, 1990, amended, for the construction and maintenance of public utilities.

The easement is in standard form and conveyed at no cost to the City.

Acceptance of the grant of easement is recommended.

Whereas, Anne R. Laurance, Trustee, of The Anne R. Laurance Trust Agreement, dated May 31, 1990, amended, is the owner in fee simple of property located in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, as described in the Washtenaw County Records at Liber 3129, Page 485, recorded July 18, 1995; and

Whereas, Anne R. Laurance, Trustee, of The Anne R. Laurance Trust Agreement, dated May 31, 1990, amended, has delivered an easement to the City for the construction and maintenance of municipally operated public services to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:

A variable width water main easement located in part of the Northwest ¼ of Section 21, Town 2 South, Range 6 East, in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, being described as follows:

BEGINNING at the SE corner of Lot 11 of the Assessor’s Plat No. 35, as Recorded in Liber 10 of Plats, Page 32, Washtenaw County Records; Thence S 87°-08’-30” W 27.85 feet along the Southerly Line of said Assessor’s Plat No. 35; Thence N 15°-27’-30” E 9.58 Feet to the Southwesterly Line of the Hiawatha Place Right-of-Way Line; Thence Southeasterly along said Hiawatha Place an arc length of 26.77 feet along a circular curve to the left, having...
