Resolution to Approve Commercial Pavement Sealant Applicator Registration Fee
Memorandum
Attached for your consideration and approval is the resolution approving the registration fee to be paid by Commercial Pavement Sealant Applicators as required under Chapter 71 of the Ann Arbor City Code.

City Code requires that commercial pavement sealant applicators shall annually submit a complete registration application on forms furnished by the City Clerk, along with the registration fee according to the schedule established by resolution of City Council. This fee is to be calculated to include the cost of registration application review and periodic field inspection.

The City Clerk has determined a fee based on actual costs. The City Clerk's Office manages the Pavement Sealant Commercial Applicator registration process and is recommending this fee to cover the actual cost of providing the services.

Supplemental information for the recommendation is attached to the fee resolution. Staff requests your approval of the establishment of the proposed fee.
