Resolution to Reappoint Julie Lynch to the Ann Arbor Employees’ Retirement Board of Trustees (7 Votes Required)

Whereas, The reappointee is not a registered elector of the City of Ann Arbor; and
Whereas, Section 12.2(b) of the City Charter requires that the appointment of a person who is not a registered elector of the City of Ann Arbor be approved by a resolution concurred in by not less than 7 members of Council;
RESOLVED, That the City Council waives the requirement of Section 12.2(b) of the City Charter and makes the following reappointment:
