Whereas, Brixmor Holdings 1 SPE, LLC is the owner of property commonly known as 155-396 North Maple Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103, described at Liber 4641, Page 463 and Liber 5155, page 857 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Brixmor Holdings 1 SPE, LLC has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances, described as:
Part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 25, Town 2 South, Range 5 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 25; thence South 88°51'38" West 45.00 feet along the northerly line of said Section 25, to a point on the west Right-Of-Way line of Maple Road (45' wide west side); thence South 01°38'00" East 725.75 feet along said Right-Of-Way line to the Point of Beginning; thence South 01°38'00" East 40.00 feet; thence South 88°17'24" West 293.22 feet; thence North 50°10'44" West 424.53 feet; thence North 63°20'11" East 10.91 feet; thence North 26°39'49" West 233.47 feet; thence South 88°08'20" West 148.99 feet; thence South 76°44'10" West 158.97 feet; thence North 01°38'00" West 30.63 feet; thence North 76°44'10" East 155.77 feet; thence North 88°08'20" East 171.20 feet; thence South 26°39'49" East 246.41 feet; thence South 50°10"44" East 398.77 feet; thence North 88°17'24" East 278.11 feet to the Point of Beginning , easement contains 1.02 acres+/-.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
