Memorandum
This easement is required as part of a project to reinforce and reconstruct a retaining wall along a public street using underground anchors to hold the wall in place. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Robert J. Rydzewski and Diane M. Rydzewski are the owners of property commonly known as 725 Watershed Court, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104, described at Liber 1993, Page 74, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Robert J. Rydzewski and Diane M. Rydzewski have signed a grant of easement for underground retaining wall anchors, described as:
The easterly 10 feet of Lot 11, "Watershed" Subdivision, as recorded in Liber 23, Pages 59-61 of Plats, Washtenaw County Records; described as: beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 11; thence along the southerly line of said Lot 11 S89°37'10"W 10.00 feet; thence N00°22'50"W 146.57 feet; thence along the north line of said Lot 11 N89°37'10"E 10.00 feet; thence along the westerly right of way line of Watershed Drive S00°22'50"E 146.57 feet to the point of beginning. This easement contains 1466 square feet of land.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
