Resolution to Approve Bylaws of the Ann Arbor Housing Board of Appeals
Memorandum
The Housing Board of Appeals has not previously had bylaws. The attached proposed bylaws were approved by the Housing Board of Appeals on June 14, 2016. The bylaws have been reviewed by the City Attorney's Office, consistent with Council Resolution R-08-496.

Whereas, The Ann Arbor Housing Board of Appeals approved the proposed bylaws at its June 14, 2016 meeting; and
Whereas, City Council has passed a resolution requiring all proposed bylaws of City boards and commissions to be approved by City Council;
RESOLVED, That City Council approves the attached bylaws of the Ann Arbor Housing Board of Appeals.
