Memorandum
Conveyance of this easement is a required off-site improvement under the Flagstar Bank site plan at 3650 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Watershed L.L.C., a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 3572 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, described at Liber 4040, Page 400 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Watershed L.L.C. has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances, described as:
A 36 foot wide sanitary sewer easement over the above described Parcel No. 09-09-14-401-006, being lands in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 14, Town 2 South, Range 6 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, said easement being more particularly described as:
Commencing at the South 1/4 corner of said Section 14; thence along the South line of said Section 14, S89°19'45"E, 541.10 feet to the West line of Parcel No. 09-09-14-401-008; thence along said West line, N00°05'50"E, 511.73 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along said easement the following four (4) courses:
1) (L1) S52°03'03"W, 16.13 feet;
2) (L2) N37°56'57"W, 36.00 feet;
3) (L3) N52°03'03"E, 44.30 feet to the aforementioned West line of Parcel No. 09-09-14-401-008 and;
4) along said West line, (L4) S00°05'50"W, 45.71 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing ±1,088 square feet of land.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
