Whereas, Washtenaw County is the owner of property commonly known as 2140 E. Ellsworth Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108, described at Liber 2388, Page 222 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, the Washtenaw County has signed a grant of easement for public sidewalks,
paths, or ways, and appurtenances thereto, described as:
BEING PART OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 3 SOUTH, RANGE 6 EAST, PITTSFIELD TOWNSHIP, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI; DESCRIBED AS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 15; THENCE ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 15 N87°55'00"E 331.50 FEET; THENCE S01°04'30"W 33.01 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE ALONG THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF ELLSWORTH ROAD N87°55'00"E 204.03 FEET; THENCE S01°04'30"E 27.00 FEET; THENCE S87°55'00"W 204.03 FEET; THENCE ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SUBJECT PARCEL (L-12-15-250-008) N01°04'30"W 27.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 463 SQUARE FEET OF LAND AND IS SUBJECT TO ANY EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF WAY OF RECORD.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
