Whereas, Car Ger Mi Ann Arb L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 2575 S. State Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103, described at Liber 4926, Page 527 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Car Ger Mi Ann Arb L.L.C. has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewer, described as:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 4, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N01º53'00"W 250.00 feet along the West line of said Section; thence N87º09'00"E 51.25 feet to a point on the East line of State Street; thence along said East line N02º03'20"W 1261.81 feet; thence N87º01'00"E 407.90 feet; thence N01º53'00"W 295.86 feet; thence N87°01'00"E 118.10 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N41°40'48"E 25.40 feet; thence N00°55'05"E 16.40 feet; thence S89°04'55"E 302.15 feet; thence N86°23'11"E 104.38 feet; thence Southerly along the Westerly right-of-way line of Boardwalk Drive 15.43 feet along the arc of a 1290.90 foot radius nontangential circular curve to the left, through a central angle of 00°41'05", having a chord that bears S16°12'10"E 15.43 feet; thence S87°01'00"W 428.32 feet to the Point of Beginning. Being a part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 4, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan and containing 9,004 square feet of land, more or less.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
