Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept a utility easement from Patricia M. Michael, survivor of herself and Cleon M. Michael, her deceased husband, for the construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer.
The easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, Patricia M. Michael, survivor of herself and Cleon M. Michael, her deceased husband, whose death certificate is recorded in Liber 4682, Page 128, recorded on May 16, 2008, is the fee simple owner of property located in Ann Arbor Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan as described in the Washtenaw County Records at Liber 1524, Page 437, recorded on September 16, 1975; and
Whereas, Patricia M. Michael, survivor of herself and Cleon M. Michael, her deceased husband, whose death certificate is recorded in Liber 4682, Page 128, recorded on May 16, 2008, has delivered an easement to the City for the construction and maintenance of municipally operated public services comprising the public utilities system to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:
Legal Description of a variable width permanent easement for sanitary sewer located in the SW 1/4 of Section 36, T2S, R6E, Ann Arbor Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan described as:
Commencing at the most Westerly corner of Lot 9 of "Eskermoor", as recorded in Liber 14 of Plats, Page 54, Washtenaw County Records, thence N 24°39'00" E 374.96 feet along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 9 to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
thence N 69°22'59" W 126.02 feet;
