Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept a utility easement from Dale A. Ulrich and Beverly D. Ulrich, husband and wife, for the construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer.

The easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.

Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, Dale A. Ulrich and Beverly D. Ulrich, husband and wife, are the fee simple owners of property located in Ann Arbor Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan as described in the Washtenaw County Records at Liber 3892, Page 711, recorded on August 16, 1999; and

Whereas, Dale A. Ulrich and Beverly D. Ulrich, husband and wife, have delivered an easement to the City for the construction and maintenance of municipally operated public services comprising the public utilities system to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:

A variable width permanent easement for sanitary sewer, located in the SW ¼ of Section 36,
T2S, R6E, Ann Arbor Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan, described as:

Commencing at the SW corner of Section 36, T2S, R6E, Ann Arbor Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N 89°20'00" E 449.50 feet along the South line of said Section 36 and the centerline of Clark Road (variable width); thence N 03°57'00" E 408.81 feet along the centerline of Hogback Road; thence N 03°57'00" W 591.00 feet along the centerline of Hogback Road; thence N 89°20'00" E 725.00 feet; thence N 08°39'00" E 143.34 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;

thence continuing N 08°39'00" E 60.18 feet;
