Resolution to Approve Schedule 26 to the Interagency Agreement for Collaborative Technology and Services for Annual Cost Sharing and Lease Payment of Data Center Services for Washtenaw County ($208,644.00 over a 5-year period)
Memorandum
Attached for your review and approval is a resolution authorizing the approval of Schedule 26 to the Interagency Agreement for Collaborative Technology and Services for a five-year commitment to provide Data Center Services to Washtenaw County.

Fiscal/Budget Impact: The City's portion of Data Center Services are planned and budgeted for in the FY16 Information Technology Services Budget.

This agreement allows for collaboration and cost sharing and eliminates the need and cost for 2 separate Data Centers. Washtenaw County will pay the City of Ann Arbor for 50% of the Data Center operating, maintenance and utility costs, and an annual lease payment for space. Payment for 2015 and 2016 has already been made by Washtenaw County and the 2015 payment was based on our prior agreement in the amount of $32,500.00.

The County will be invoiced as follows:

FY 2015 (Payment based on prior agreement) $32,500.00
FY 2016: $44,036.00
FY 2017: $44,036.00
FY 2018: $44,036.00
FY 2019: $44,036.00
